Hello, The Personalization of colors is gone! My borders, taskbar, start, etc., are plain white! The web indicates one can only have colors If dark Windows mode or custom is used; however, if dark Windows mode is used it is just black regardless of what color is choosen. There is no color on the borders or taskbar in dark mold, at least not for me. Colors do not operate on my computer using Custom or dark. or light. I noticed too that one of the toggles is grayed out to off for "Show accent colors on title bars and window borders. "Why? On the web, the instructions never match my settings.

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.

Here are the version/build numbers for Windows 11.

• 22000.xxx is 21H2
  
• 22621.xxx is 22H2
  
• 22631.xxx is 23H2

If you have 'Get the latest updates as soon...' switch On in Windows update page then turn that Off and try Check for updates
