  1. Haven't updated - blocking websites?

So I've been constantly Alt+F4'ing my laptop's "hey it's time to update" for a while now ... Turned on my system and the only website I can pull up is Facebook.

Is it possible that because I haven't updated that Windows is pitching a fit and saying "no net for you until you update"?

    :)

  2. Can't unlock N97 mini while charging via USB cable

My carrier has blocked updates as well. I believe you can still do updates via USB, but I haven't tried it.

Has any Orange UK customer received update?

My handset is Omnia 7 branded and contracted with Orange UK and I haven't yet received pre NoDo update. What's happening? Is Orange blocking it?

    Haven't updated - blocking websites?

No Microsoft is not going to stop you from going to only Facebook. Something is wrong with it and you need to update the machine for any security fixes.
