    Hello,We have an application we use to reproduce the issue, which in summary, gets to a point where it prints from a 32 bit application to the the 64 bit Amyuni PDF Converter on Windows 11 and the print job has a TIFF image with transparencies, when printing at DPI of 300 or above, Windows 11 crashes with a BSOD. I retrieved crash Minidump file and compared it to a dump from a similar crash happening also on Windows 11 only with a similar situation, 32 bit Wordpad.exe printing an RTF file that has a pngblip element embedded PNG image and also crashing Windows 11 64 bit only.Both scenarios de

    splwow64.exe does not end after a print job in Windows 10.

    I do believe that the steps you suggested above fixed the problem. I just have not yet been able to prove that the problem is fixed. I have used Firefox (32bit) to download stuff to print including .pdf files but all will go to my 64 bit printing process.
    How my granddaughter was able to print stuff off of the college servers in 32 bit baffles me.

    This may not be worth your time as it is just an annoys me not to be able to find a 32 bit files to print and prove it has been fixed.

    Windows 7 32 bit upgrade to Windows 64 bit on new PC using old license

    Hi all,

    I've purchased a new PC to replace my aged machine.

    The old machine was running licensed Windows 7 32bit Home Premium (this disk was 32 bit only), and I want to move this license over to my new PC (64 bit processing and drivers etc....), and then upgrade to Windows 10 64 bit.

    I load the Windows 7 32bit onto new machine, then upgrade to Windows 10 32bit with no issues, and the product key is accepted and activates.

    When I then go to upgrade to Windows 10 64 bit, the product key is not accepted.

    Given there was no price differences in Windows 7 32bit or 64 bit, don't see why I shouldn't be able to change it over?

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
