Windows 10: Having a problem " we can't sign in to your account" in windows 11

I am having a problem where in the lock screen instead of that welcoming message it's showing preparing windows it loads for at least 20 to 25 seconds after that the laptop is booted and message like "we can't sign in to your account "is shown and two options are given to me one is sign out and close neither of them are working for me, when this message is prompted all of my saved work is gone the wallpapers gone to default and everythings pretty much set to default. I've watched YouTube tutorials where i changed something on the registry editor still the same problem is occurring. I have rec

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."

You can have Windows automatically sign in to a local account or Microsoft account. It doesn't matter.

Is you account listed more than once in netplwiz? Double check to make sure that you have selected the correct account in step 3 Option 1.

The password is case sensitive, so be sure to enter it exactly for it to work properly.
