Windows 10: having a problem with defender

hi im having a problem with windows security in the screenshot you can tell its running as the icon at the bottom shows but as soon as i go in the dashboard it crashes. i tried repair terminate, reinstalling securityui.exe with the file i downloaded. i tried this Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers Reset-AppxPackage and i also tried this Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml”}i also tried going in recovery cmd and deleting the msenginedb.db files in the programdata/microsoft defender folder.

• Type services.msc.
