Windows 10: Having a problem with keyboards not working. PLEASE HELP!

My keyboard isn’t working. I just got a new keyboard (dierya dk63) about an hour before writing this, when I plugged it in everything just stopped working. The space bar sometimes works, all the rgb lighting work. That’s all i know what’s going on.

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to the laptop to check if that helps.

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
