Windows 10: Having an error using my camera 0xa00f4243

Hello I'm using my laptop for quite a while now and never got an issue. Today, I try to turn on camera for zoom but I'm receiving an eror while trying it. It's giving me error code 0xa00f4243.Please help it won't let me use my built in camera.

• Are you using a built-in camera or a camera application?

Yes, i'm talking about the default camera app which is on the Windows 10

• Were there any updates made on your computer prior to this concern?

Yes, It started happening only after some Windows Updates. I had been using the face detection since the begining but the error started appearing very recently.

• Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the error?

Close other apps

It looks like another app is using the camera already.

• When did the issue first begin?

About a few weeks ago.

• What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve this?

Tried the hardware test by Dell.

Performed Refresh on my computer.

Performed SFC scan and did not find any issues.

Please help! I have been looking at many fixes but none work.
