Windows 10: Having audio quality problems

HiI have an audio quality problem, so when I play and listen to music without a headset or headphones on my laptop, the audio runs normally, but when I plug in my headset, the audio comes out like you are listening to music but while taking part in an online meeting on Zoom, Google Meet and Discord, while I myself did not open or participate in any meetings. The audio that comes out is like flat radio sound that has no bass and sounds strange to the ear The quality is very bad, I have tried playing songs with my Bluetooth speaker and the sound produced is normal. The headset I use sounds norma

If the Windows Audio service does not start and you get the error
Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start, then make sure that the following services are started and their
Startup Type is set to Automatic.

Method 3: I recommend you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Sound Quality

One thing that sticks out from looking at your "My Computer" specs. You list "ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)" which suggests you do not have the correct sound hardware driver. Your motherboard has Realtek sound and the first step is to install the Realtek sound drivers. My ASUS also came with Sonic Studio 2 which is a sound enhancement package. Check the ASUS install disc to see if you have something similar.

May not be a speaker problem.
