Windows 10: Having black screen issues when Alt + Tabbing out of games. .

I recently upgraded my computer using new everything except for GPU and Storage and upon updating it I played for a few days with windows 10 and had no problems. After updating to windows 11 I started encountering the issue with my whole screen going black when using ALT+TAB to get out of games. The other monitor does not encounter this issue. I have tried updating drivers, turning off game mode, turning off G-SYNC and booting in safe mode. This problem does not happen with games that are windowed but both full screen options it persists. Current graphics driver is 576.66 also tried on previo

alt tabbing increases system performance?

Skyrim doesnt work correctly you alt tab, but if you alt tab to it again while the screen is black, it loads up with the windows cursor over the top. If i repeatedly do this, eventually it fullscreens properly without issues. Slightly weird.

Moving forward, if you're multitasking while playing, we recommend that you play this game only without doing other tasks. Pressing ALT-TAB or performing a multitasking interferes with the performance of your video card, especially if you're running a heavy
game like Rainbow Six Siege. It will generate screen viewing issues like intermittently switching your game screen between your desktop environment.

For now, restart your game and do not press ALT+TAB while playing. This will allow your video card to dedicate its graphics performance on the game only instead of your desktop environment.

Windows Update 1803 Causes Black Screen while alt-tabbing/launching games

im playing Rainbow Six Sieges and alt tabbing it for a second. the game black screen, but i still hear the game running.

and while launching PUBG Lite, the game black screen but when i hold alt tab (alt tab preview), i see the game is running.

please help. all the updates are installed, Intel gpu driver and nvidia driver are up to date.
