Windows 10: Having Blue Screen Error

Could anyone help me read a resolve the debug file for my computer when it blue screens? Just had someone work on my computer to remove this problem but it seems to not have been resolved. Seems to blue screen when loading information or opening a program.   What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
