Windows 10: Having BSOD and complete shut downs daily

I have been having bsod and random shut downs with no memory dmp.I have replaced the PSU a week ago thinking this might be the issue. Seemed okay for a few days, then the black screens came back more frequently. Usually when gaming, specifically when finishing a match, it seems to shut off. There is no bug check with these backscreens or dmp. I do occasionally get bsod. I'm not sure what else to do. I have updated all drivers, used ddu to do a fresh install of gpu drivers, and checked memory.Here is the last bsod dmp file I have.KEY_VALUES_STRING: 1 Key : Analysis.CPU.mSec Value:

Windows 10 is unable to complete shut down

We suggest doing these troubleshooting steps below:

Method 1. Hard Reset

• Shut down your computer.
• Remove the cable and wires connected to your computer.
• Press the Power button for 10 seconds to completely drain your device.
• Check if there's any changes.

Method 2. Shutdown trick.

• Press Windows key.
  
• Press and hold Shift.
• Click the Power icon.
• Select and click Shutdown.

W 10 will not shut down completely

I have not changed the Intel Search Engine to a previous version as suggested, so I cannot say whether it works for my computer or not.

What bothers me is that after Windows updates when my computer is on and I select reboot now instead of 3 a.m., the shut down and reboot process works fine. So, with my logic, I wonder how it can shut down completely after an update, but not when I shut
down at the end of a normal day. I feel like the ability is there, but a step is missing.

C DeFazio - I have the same issue with Windows 10 not shutting down completely and have tries the various suggestions concerning Power. Also, I get no error messages and the computer boots properly after each shut down. However, if I did not power the
PC down after it goes trough shutdown, it would not start since the power and wifi lights remain on.
