Windows 10: Having connection issues with MS teams

Discus and support Having connection issues with MS teams in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Hi. Whenever I tried to join a Microsoft team meeting, I got connection issues.     Having connection issues with MS teams


    Hi. Whenever I tried to join a Microsoft team meeting, I got connection issues. I have done many things to correct the issue. But none of them worked. Things I did.1. Performed a speed test to check the internet connection. I've got a speed of 1.5 Mbps.2. Check with an internet connection troubleshooter3. Close all applications that are running in the background.I have no idea what should I do to get rid of this annoying problem. Please help me to fix the issue.

    Greetings.



    Thank you for raising your concern in this community.



    Normally when you get this error, you should confirm first using teams on the web to see if there is nothing wrong with your account. Please use this link to do so. Checking your credentials..., also check your network connection.

    After confirming that everything is fine from there, I would suggest you to clear your teams cache using this steps.

    • Log out of teams
    • Quit Microsoft Teams. Right-click the icon and select Quit.
    • Cut and paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
    • Delete the contents of the entire folder.
    • Restart Microsoft Team
    • Login again.

    After that sign in first using your education account.

    MS Teams utilizing high resources

    Hello Team,

    Recently we installed the MS Teams in Win 10 systems, after installing PCs are getting very slow and all of the systems are using high CPU utilization (100%) after login to MS Teams Desktop APP. Even after Complete Windows Update
    also same issue.

    Suggested to give a needful.
