Windows 10: Having continous problems with randomly occuring Blackscreens of Death

When using my Computer, wether playing Games, writing Emails or surfing in the Internet my Screen would randomly turn black and after a while my Computer freezes with what I assume is a Bluescreen, which I cannot see because of the Screen turning black.After manually rebooting the Computer I have found the following Error Code in the Event Viewer:The computer restarted after a fatal error. The error code was: 0x00000116 0xffffe70932a66050, 0xfffff80085c54a70, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004. A full image was saved to: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report ID: 6bd9dd60-6ef6-4434-bc54-a499ff6fc

You don't need to have OneDrive installed on your PC to share files. You can do this through the browser.

The few things ive already tried were disabling/enabling the TPM, Updating and resetting OS and GPU drivers, and manually uninstalling and reinstalling the GPU and RAM

I have removed the drivers using the free DDU tool following the tutorial and installed the newest NVIDIA Drivers for my GPU, however this did not fix the issue of random black screens occuring.
