Windows 10: Having daily crashes and mouse unresponsive when opening Valorant

I have been having daily crashes when turning my pc on for the day. It will work for a little while and then all of a sudden crash. I can not give stop codes because it is literally different every single time I crash. I have factory reset my pc 4 times. two times with reloading windows from my files&nbs

Programs become unresponsive in Windows 10

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried both with different results.

Step 1: Safe Mode:

This seemed to work and I could save a file in Word without the program becoming "Unresponsive".

Step 2: Clean Boot:

This did not work and Word would become unresponsive when trying to save a file.

I did notice another odd thing. It seems that sometimes (not often) Word would work the first time I used it If I close it and reopened it the unresponsive behavior returned. I tried opening Word several time but it remained unresponsive.

This is very frustrating as I use Word daily.

Web Browser Crashing

I did the clean boot and have been using a cordless mouse but I had another crash today. I was viewing a video on the Daily Telegraph news site and it just froze and everything else locked up as usual. Even the cordless mouse was unresponsive.

So my next suspect is the flash player. Any suggestions what I need to do to remove the existing and install another?
