Windows 10: Having issues installing recent July Updates KB5040427 & KB5041355

Hello to anyone who can help, every since the recent updates, my PC has been able to install them.It just gives a generic failure to install 0x800f0922 and causes between 2-3 reboots as it tries before starting windows normally. This happens every time my PC goes through a boot cycle as the system tries to install the updates.I am not 100% sure but I think it may be due to my bcd not being FAT32 on my C: drive maybe as this has started since my previous main storage disk died and I think that was my old boot drive but the system semi-repaired itself when I unplugged the old model. I followed

Hi, sorry about the delay. Ran all the suggested steps, and shut down the PC for the night.

As of this morning, I have only KB5040427 listed in the Windows Updates.

Unfortunately it failed with:

Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x8007000d).

So, the original issue appears to be resolved I think because this update is new as of Tuesday, correct? I don't see the other updates anymore.

Having issues with a recent update.

I see you are facing so many issues after a recent update.

You can uninstall updates by following these steps:

1). Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates .

2). On the list that appears, locate the update you want to remove, and then select Uninstall next to it.

Check if uninstalling recent updates solve these issues.
