Windows 10: Having issues switching back to Windows from Linux Mint

I made the disastrous mistake of switching to Linux the other week, and I just really want to move back. When I installed Linux I had it completely overwrite the previous Windows installation, so there’s no dual boot.I am using a 64gb perfectly functional flash drive. I used ventoy on it first, then put in the Windows 10 home iso directly from the Microsoft site. I’ve redone this multiple times with secure boot on and off, and with ventoy set to mbr and gpt or whatever the two choices are.Upon getting into the bootloader, I see the usb there, and the iso within it. Switching from Linux mint to windows10

Hey im running linux mint 19.3 Tricia on my dell latitude e6500, HDD: 240GB | CPU: intel core2 duo T9600 @ 2x 2.801GHz | RAM: 1194MiB / 3924MiB | MEM: 1394MiB / 3924MiB.

It Came with win7 installed, i upgraded to win10, then switched to linux mint using bootable usb. I wiped my hdd of windows completely, and installed mint to the hdd.

My question is can i use woeusb to reinstall win10 ? With 124gb usb stick and the iso image i have downloaded ? If so how should i partition/format the usb and hdd for this to work properly? What needs to be mounted/unmounted to what? Im not an expert and
i dont wanna end up without an OS. I plan on installing win10 to hdd, and deleting linux only because i have no partitions made on my hdd.

Windows to Linux Mint

Due to issues with Windows 11 ...i may decide to install Linux Mint on one of my three desktop pc's ...i've tried Linux Mint before as a newbie and was totally a new learning curve and this time i will study more on Linux Mint and keep this OS on one of my three pc's ( have not decided which one yet ) permanetly.

Depending on how my learning Linux Mint goes i may decide to switch my other two pc's to Linux Mint aswell.
