Windows 10: Having issues with the windows update KB4601319

I've been having issues with this particular update since it was first released what would happen is it would download install but then device manager wouldn't work test manager wouldn't work Windows documents wouldn't work I had nothing but trouble right across the board I got in contact with Microsoft support and they were having the same issues because I gave them access to my computer and they couldn't resolve the issue so they got me download this particular software Win 10_20H2_v2_English_x64 which I did installed after all that was done it went ahead and reinstalled the same software I was having issues with in the first place which was this one windows update KB4601319 what I've been doing is pausing updates from Microsoft so this particular one vote download and install is when it does I have nothing but problems the one thing I don't want to do is to do a format and the reinstallation of my windows operating system. Can't seem to find any fix for the KB 4601319 software anybody out there is a way of fixing this issue would be very much appreciated because right now I'm getting very frustrated with updates coming from Microsoft constantly playing up. I appreciate any help I can get in trying to resolve this issue. PS when I have removed the software that is causing me the issues my computer works and runs at 100%.

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.

If your wireless router has a built in firewall maybe it's somehow set to block the ports that Windows updates use?

I'd also suggest if it works with it being directly connected then you could try resetting your router to see if this fixes the issue.
