Windows 10: Having issues with Windows 10 versions

Hello Microsoft Support, I have a particular issue with my pc. My windows 10 version is currently stuck at version 1909 because the update for version 22h2 continuously fails, despite my best efforts. Is there any way for me to update to a more recent version that is behind 22h2 so I can work around other issues that I'm having because of the Windows version? For the 22h2 version, I have already run through the normal solutions, like running the troubleshooter, but everything seems to come back with the same result of "Error 0x80070002". If there is some important key detail that I am somehow

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

I don't have better steps - this is all, I have nothing to add.

Maybe it is worth noting issue was on Windows 10 Enterprise, build 14393.187, so maybe you should test on the same.
My other PCs have a different Windows 10 version - Pro, latest Insider Preview build from last week, and there is no such issue on those.
All are 64-bit edition of Windows 10.

This issue is not new. I have had same 1-2 years ago too, with older GPU-Z versions.

EDIT: And yes, I have Windows 10 UAC enabled and set to defaults. If you are using your Windows PCs with UAC off, you likely cannot reproduce this issue. *Smile
