    Having multiple crashes per day. Picked up on using DISM, but getting "Error: 4448" even...


    I have been having multiple crashes per day, mostly just using Google Chrome browser. Picked up on using DISM, but getting "Error: 4448" even when using /Source of a mounted ISO of Windows 10 install disk.I run sfc /scannow and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth before the DISM /Restorehealth, but using WU or the mounted Windows install ISO, still get "Error: 4448" on the /Restorehealth, at 11.8% done.Please help. Thanks.

    Error 4448

    Every time I start up the computer, widows 10 creates an empty folder. I also have seen the error message 4448 when probing the problem.

    Please explain this in more detail, where is that new empty folder created and if possible please provide a screenshot or photo of the 4448 error

    How to get damn DISM to work?

    Thx guys, I'll compress this data into a blog post. For all the so called guides I've read, not a single one mentioned it has to be WIM file (some listed even ESD which clearly doesn't work) or that certain ISO images don't work with DISM.

    After I've done DISM thingie, SFC also managed to repair stuff. Which is what I've needed here.
