Windows 10: Having problems with PC closing my applications / games and BSOD sometimes

Hello!I have a problem with my PC closing my Dota 2 automatically while I am playing it.. sometimes i get full PC freeze while playing a game and sometimes I get BSOD while using Windows..I have checked, its not overheatingI did MemTest86 for the ram, and its good, i even bought a new ramEverything is up to date, no windows update or driver update.Errors I am getting are:IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bug code 0x0000000aMACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION bug code 0x0000009cATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NONEXECUTE MEMORYAll of my errors are connected to ntoskrnl.exe and one was connected to PSHED.dll

Weird BSOD problem


Hi Everyone,

I have a weird BSOD problem which I cannot solve for a while(it persists still after upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7)

The main strange thing about this is that I get BSOD only after cold boot.
So it acts like this:

1. start PC.
2. Get to Windows Logo Screen
3. BSOD
4. Restart
5. Get to menu where I can try to repair or Start NormallyIf I Choose Repair, it will fail to repair and will try to restoreIf I Choose Start Normally, it will start OK, no BSOD, can work normally, games, browse internet, everything is normal.6. Shutdown PC
7. Next time when I start is all over again i.e. Go to Step 1

I have this problem for a while, so what I tried:

1. Another Windows 7
2. Another HDD
3. Only HDD connected
4. Changed RAM
5. Tried with built in GPU
6. Upgraded to Windows 10

Result is the same as above every time.

Please suggest what could be the cause.

PS. This thread is a continuation of this one: Frequent multiple errors BSOD. Solved - Windows 7 Help Forums the only thing changed is Windows 10 now. instead of Windows 7. If that helps somehow.

 

Getting BSOD, Specifically after closing my game

I've been running my PC for a long time with no problems

I had an OC of 4.9 ghz @ 1.38 v

I had 32 gb of ram

2080 gtx EVGa gpu

I just recently started getting BSOD = Critical Process Died after closing "Escape from Tarkov"

Now this BSOD isnt consistent, like I can open the game and play for awhile and close it.. no BSOD

I've updated my Bios

I've checked my ram and ran windows memory diagnostic and memtest both passed

I took out 2 sticks of ram, still BSOD

I replaced the 2 inside and still got the BSOD

I did a fresh windows install, still got the BSOD

Idk what's wrong with my PC

The most recent step i've done is completely remove the OC from my CPU

Please share the information requested below:

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
