Windows 10: Having prolbem with logging to one of program

direct x version 12 installed and graphics card working properly

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Must Have Programs and Links for Overclockers!

*Confused i don't see orthos sp2004 on the list
