Windows 10: Having slow ethernet with my ethernet

Hello so i am experiencing slow internet connection through ethernet 100 bytes. But when i test my internet in testmy.net it somehow increase my connection to around 4 - 10 mbps but when the test result finished it gradually decrease untill it is only around 100 bytes, this also happened when i join a zoom meeting. Do anyone know how to fix thus issue so that i can have a stabil connection. Thanks

Ethernet controllers problems

thats what i have been doing is going to the device mgr and clicking the the let me choose. but it always says "windows can not install your ethernet controller. And there the Ethernet Controller isnt in the list..im going to be working on this all night. I just got back from work.
