Windows 10: Having some problems with the windows desktop manager.

So I'm on a laptop with windows 11, oftentimes, even when just being on my browser or doing anything really, the windows desktop manager spikes to 100% cpu and gpu usage. This is quite annoying while just doing stuff in general but is especially problematic when I'm playing games. I often cant get more than 20 fps and most the times the fps is more like 10. This also doesn't really vary between games, for example playing Skyrim, csgo or any game from the earlier 2010s had similar fps to red dead redemption 2 even Minecraft was just as bad. I have tried doing a clean boot and that helped and e

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

• Do you get any error message?
• Did you make any Hardware and Software changes in your computer prior to this issue?

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
