Windows 10: Having to connect to WiFi multiple times

I have an HP 15-dy1074nr running Windows 10. Whenever I turn it on or wake it up from sleep mode, I have to connect to my internet network multiple times to get it to work. It always fails the first time says "Connecting" but then doesn't connect and sometimes the second time as well.

Laptop loses wifi connection and often is difficult to connect.

My HP laptop running windows Ten has developed and annoying habit of losing the wifi connection. Often times it will not reconnect or it takes multiple attempts to get it connected. Many times, I can be right next to the router or to the personal hot spot and it will still not connect.
Many times rebooting will allow me to reconnect, but it is happening multiple times in a day. Any suggestions?

Are you experiencing the same issue with other devices too?

If you are able to connect to other device, I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps:

    Forget/reconnect to Wi-Fi access point

    tested multiple access points and different locations

Multiple network/dsl connections??

Ok, i have a question about dsl connections. I currently have a Router connected to my computer connected to the internet, but it's pathetically slow. I know near where i am there are multiple wi-fi connections. If i were to get a pci wifi card would i be able to tap into these wifi signals and increase my bandwidth slightly? Or is windows limited to one internet connection?
