Windows 10: Having to reinstall my drivers every time I log in. IT IS A WINDOWS PROBLEM, NOT A DRIVER...

So this has been going on for a while now and it sucks like hell. Every time I log onto my computer, I have to reinstall my graphics driver. I know its a windows problem because when I update other drivers and reboot later, I have to reinstall the same version. he main reason I'm vouching for an answer is because I can't play games that I used to play. The computer is totally capable, its just this one issue. Even after I download the new drivers, it works, until I log off. Anyways, I have been dealing with this since January and its getting to be a huge hindrance when it comes to downloading stuff. If you guys need anymore info from me about this, please ask. Thanks!

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
