    Having trouble changing settings, keeps on saying that some of these setting are managed by...


    So a few years back, I got Iobit systemcare, and i started having trouble with changing my settings. it kept disabling windows spotlight, and diagnostics and suchlike. So recently i have uninstalled systemcare with Iobit uninstaller which also deletes the uninstalled apps data on my computer, but i still cant change my settings and "some of these setting are managed by organisation" is still there and my computer is a home computer, not part of a school or business.

    I have many settings that say "some of these settings are managed by your organisation": I don't use school or work account, so I signed in with my personal account. Also, the it is my personal computer for daily usage, but it says your organization manages some of these settings, why ? How can I fix these settings? Thanks in advance....
