Windows 10: having trouble downloading a game that i purchased on website

hi i just downloaded "minecraft dungeons" in website.


I purchased using regular microsoft id and when i click download button from the website, my computer opens microsoft store with a different idstudent id logged in.


I want to add my 'regular account' in order to download the game, but all i see is "add student id" option. this is making me nuts. I've been trying to find the solution from google but I cannot find ANY information regarding this. This is making me so mad that I hope people working in microsoft go bald.


why am i getting this problem? and how do i solve it?


if there isn't any solution, how can i get a refund?

Purchased a game on the website, but it won't let me download.

I purchased Minecraft on the Microsoft website and it confirmed the purchase but it won't download because it says I haven't purchased it on the Microsoft store app. Is there a way to still download the game or will I have to repurchase the game on the
