Windows 10: Having trouble finding the Service tied to my Display Tablet?

I really hope this is the right place. Ill start by saying I'm not all that great with computers. And the only reason Im posting this here is because I am using a Display Tablet to do artwork and apparently the company that made it just doesn't exsist and there is no way to get support or help for any issues in having.

Recently my problem with my Tablet is that randomly in the middle of doing art it just stops reading the pen. I can't clik or move the mouse. Now i know it is detecting the pens proximity because during this time I can still wake my computer out of sleep by tapoing the screen, i just can't use it whatsoever. My old tablet had similar issues and I found away around having to fully restart my system by finding the the right "Service" in "Services" and restarting the service manually. The only issue is this is a different brand and so its not named the same thing. I just want to know if there is a rwal way way to have the computer point me to the serve tied to the process? I hope that makes sense. I have the process there in Task Manager, but I don't know if there is a way for it to point me directly to the right service because there is so so many. I don't even know if this will help or if maybe this isn't possible like it was with my old tablet. Its just that I scrolled through every service and read each discription and none of them were very obviously "this is what controls your tablet" so I think it must be another service that's more vague.Any hell would be appreciated but I know this isn't really a place for technical support when it comes to non windows things, so just ignore my problem with the tablet and let me know if there is a way within Windows to do what im trying to do. Tablet Mode doesn't automatically turn on

We suggest you to follow the below steps to make the tablet mode permanent:

• Click start and select settings.
• Select settings and then select tablet mode.
• Now you have different options to choose from, please choose settings that suits you.
