Windows 10: Having trouble in creating shortcuts

I think most people are having the same issue like me. I was about to create a shortcut but it says the following error message: -I mean it's not an error, but it's just that I don't understand. I don't know whether I did it correct or not. But I have done it correct, I swear maybe. Please teach me. Thank you. Also please reply me back soon.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open a webpage in Microsoft Edge.
• Click the three dots at top right corner.
• Choose Open with Internet Explorer.
• Right Click and click on create shortcut.
• The shortcut shall open in Microsoft Edge, if it is your default browser.

Create Ethernet adapter shortcut on the desktop.

To create the Ethernet shortcut on your desktop, you can follow the step provided below.



Step: Create Ethernet shortcut on the desktop.

1. Press Windows + R key on your keyboard together.
   
2. Type in ncpa.cpl
   and hit enter.
   
3. You will see all your network adapter.
   
4. Right click on your desired adapter and click on
   Create Shortcut and allow the prompt.
   
5. Or you can drag and drop the network adapter on the desktop that will create a shortcut too.
   
6. You can now right on the shortcut on your desktop and disable and enable internet connection.
