Windows 10: Having trouble in singing in with other email id

Can't sign in with my other Microsoft email address as it shows "Another user on this device uses this Microsoft account, so you can't add it here." while there is only one user account on my device that uses another email address.though I had created a user account with the email id I have trouble with but I have already removed that user still it is showing the above message "Another user on this device uses this Microsoft account, so you can't add it here." while signing in.

  What do you refer to when you say “Email (won’t show anything)” and “calendar won't show”?

  Are you not able to view the emails in your inbox or email folders in your email account?

Step 1:

You may try to run the Windows apps
troubleshooter through the below link and check if it helps to sort out the issue with Email and Calendar apps.

If the issue persist, follow the below Step.

Step 2:

As you are facing the issue after installing latest update, I suggest you to uninstall the latest update and check if it helps. Follow the below steps:

  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, and select
  Programs and features.
  
• 
  Click on View installed updates on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Now find the latest update installed, right click and select
  uninstall. (Update installed on 10/16/2015)
  
• 
  Click on yes if prompted.
  
• 
  Reboot the computer and check if you face the issue.

As per the issue description you have two email id's and you want to change your secondary email to primary on your pc.



I would suggest you to switch the login account to Local user account. Then switch back to Microsoft account which you want to use. You may follow the steps provided below:



Step 1: Switch to local user account

Follow these steps to create a “Local User account”.

• Press “Windows key +W”.
• Type “users” without quotes in the search box.
• Then select “Users” from the left panel.
• You will get an option “Switch to a Local account” right below your user account name.
• Select “Switch to a local account” option.
• Enter the required details.
• Then login to the local account and check how it works.

Step 2: Switch back to Microsoft account

Follow these steps to create a “Microsoft account”.

• Press “Windows key +W”.
• Type “users” without quotes in the search box.
• Then select “Users” from the left panel.
• Select “Switch to Microsoft account” right below your user account name.
• Enter the required details (Primary Email ID).
• Restart the computer and then try to login using new Primary account.

Nokia Messaging Push Email Setup on Nokia E5

There are lots of issues and problems reported about people have trouble setting up Nokia Messaging account on Nokia E5, below are the steps to follow for successful configurations: (Assuming you have Internet Setup/GPRS Configuration / WLAN done on your
device)

• Goto Control Panel, Setting, General, Personalization, Messaging Key, Messaging Key, Short Press.
• Set short press to Email Setup.
