Windows 10: Having trouble projecting from older laptop to newer laptop

Hello,I am having trouble projecting one laptop screen over to another laptop to use as an extended second monitor. Both laptops are running on the newest versions of Windows 10 Home, but one laptop is older than the other. The older laptop is a Toshiba Satellite C55-B5201. I've been able to project its screen over to other devices like TVs without issue in the past, but recently it has been unable to project over to a newer laptop. The newer laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 3 14ITL05. It can project an extended screen to the Toshiba laptop just fine, but I haven't been able to get the Toshiba to ex

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

Need help projecting PC to laptop

That seems a very old version of Connect. What version of Windows are you running on the laptop? Build 17763 suggests it is version 1809. What version are you running on the Desktop?


You could try resetting Connect. Click on Start and type 'connect' then select 'App settings' from the list on the right.
