Windows 10: Having Trouble Reactivating Windows after a motherboard change

I am currently experiencing an issue reactivating windows on my home PC.When I try to troubleshoot, windows detects a hardware change where I press the "I changed hardware on this device recently"I am then able to click on the device I am using and click "Activate" which is then followed by a screen saying "Unable to activate windows" with text below "We can't reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later."I was able to previously activate windows on this device but it then reset the status of my activation somehow and now says I need to activate with the above being the result of this er

windows cant reactivate after changing motherboard

hi guys..can someone help me ?
i recently change my motherboard and my windows cant reactivate using trouble shooter from activation tab. is there any solution for this? my windows version is 1803 build 17134.48 . thanks before
