Windows 10: Having Trouble Signing In

I need some help, I bought the game Cuphead by redeeming a code.

I opened the microsoft store app and I was on another account.

I tried to sign into the account that I redeemed the code but it did not work.

Could I redeem the code again on that other account? Or should I do something else.

Please let me know, this is a pretty huge problem for me.


I used the e-mail *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to purchase it.

*** Email address is removed for privacy *** was the account that was there when I opened the Microsoft Store app.

The code for the gift card is 923XX-QP3W3-3KCKQ-F3RP7-M2DHZ

It is alright if you cannot do anything about it. Maybe I signed into an account that was too young.

Trouble signing rotateme

im on another symbian forum and they have just put a list of apps that can/cannot be signed with open signed...unfortunately rotateme is on the cannot list...i suggest you get rocknscroll app,which can be signed...this kinda has rotateme built into it...actually
its an awesome app,i love it

 

I'm having trouble with Macrium Reflect tutorial.

Strongly suggest you watch some youtube videos on Macrium and follow them step by step, making sure they are current.

Also make sure you have the manual to hand, and use the extensive help provided with the product.
