Windows 10: Having trouble trying to restore my PC

I'm trying to restore my samsung notebook completely, not in that way that it keeps any data or installed apps, but wiping out everything. But it keeps failing, as everytime i confirm and start the process, it shows a message that reads "problem restoring the PC", letting me only with the cancel button and ready to try over and over again. Don't know what to try anymore, I'm trying to restore it just because, on the first place, i was having trouble updating my windows to it's latest version since September. Would appreciate any help.

Btw i'm brazilian and my PC is jn portuguese, so my bad if I misspelled anything or translated any terms wrong.

That looks what I need, a step by step guide, to setup the USB.

The problem is I don't have "Create Rescue Media". The one circled in red.

My registry got corroupted and I don't have any method to restore it

If you wish, you can try:

1. Boot up with Windows 10 installation media (USB or DVD). On first screen, hold SHIFT+F10 to get the command prompt.
2. Navigate to: C:\Windows\System32\config\RegBack
   NOTE: Since you have multiple OS's. C: might be different, just make sure it is correct drive letter that's pointing to the folder of the troubled OS.
3. Copy everything under the folder in step 2 to C:\Windows\System32\config
4. Reboot the PC.

 

I'm having trouble with Macrium Reflect tutorial.

Strongly suggest you watch some youtube videos on Macrium and follow them step by step, making sure they are current.

Also make sure you have the manual to hand, and use the extensive help provided with the product.
