    few weeks back i was just browsing youtube and all of sudden my pc started having micro-stutter, sound crackboth speaker and headphone. I ran a scan in latencymon and it turns out "microsoft storage port driver" was causing the issue but whenever i try to update that driver my pc gets stuck in eternal restart. I think my pc doesn't have f8 boot/bios option and Advance option menu doesn't seem to work either so i can't even enter safe mode. ive updated my bios, re-installed win10, ran sfc /scannow and restoreHealth command. none of that worked. latencymon results._____________________________

    Random Stuttering / DPC Latency Nightmare


    Having the exact same problem. Realtek have release a new driver yesterday which i hope will help solve this super annoying issue.
    But that does not appear to be the case.
    Mine is atm looking like this.

    Hi, please feel free to search the forum for 'stuttering' 'pop' 'crackle'
    and advanced search for LatencyMon (by Resplendence, freeware) in posts.

    As far as I've noted, some- far from all- experience this. Some may have driver issues with older devices. Some may need to use older drivers. Not proving easy to resolve.
