    Having trouble viewing online forms with Firefox


    This has been going on for several months I think. If I'm trying to fill out some sort of online form in Firefox, either I see the blank spaces I'm supposed to fill out but they're not labeled, or the function buttons like "next" or "submit" won't respond. But I can switch to Chrome and everything works.

    Is there something that needs to be unchecked or checked in settings to allow completion of online forms?

    I'm having trouble with Macrium Reflect tutorial.


    Strongly suggest you watch some youtube videos on Macrium and follow them step by step, making sure they are current.

    Also make sure you have the manual to hand, and use the extensive help provided with the product.

    We need to ask you the following questions so that we can help you with your concern:

    • Have you tried to optimize the said browser by clearing the cache?
    • Have you tried running the Internet Explorer 11 or Firefox to Safe-mode?
    • Have you already tried to reinstall the 2 browsers you are having troubles with?
    • What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Video Issues in Windows 10 With Firefox

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

    Please provide the following information with us to understand the issue better.


    • Is the issue occurs in Microsoft Edge?

    • Let us know whether the issue is specific to online videos or it is happening with other videos present in your system too?

      As the initial troubleshooting steps, I would suggest you to check all the available Windows Updates. Installation of recent Windows Updates should fix the issue.

      If the issue still persists, then try updating the Display driver and check. Here is the steps:
    • Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run command box.
    • Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
    • In Display Adapter, expand Display Adapter, right-click , and then click
      Update.
    If the issues persists ,only with firefox then i suggest you to contact firefox support.

    Please do let us know the status of the issue to assist you further.

    FireFox and Chrome...Trouble with Amazon.com!: If I go to Amazon.com and look at my orders or look at any item that has images you can expand both FireFox AND Chrome will freeze. IE is still OK. Not sure when this happened but I do not know if it is related to blocking popups or not. Could it be related to a Win 10...
