Windows 10: Having trouble with downloading from the Windows store

I'm trying to download the app, Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. I keep getting the message "Couldn't install. We'll retry shortly." It then retries the install, and throws that error again after a few seconds. It keeps repeating the same thing until I cancel the install. The error code that I get is: 0x80246019. I've tried running the troubleshooter but it says that it could not find anything. My computer is also up to date. I'm not in the insider program. And I have plenty of space available (about 100GB). Strangely enough, it seems like this is the only app doing this. I've tried a few other apps and they download perfectly. For whatever reason, this app seems to be the only one giving me trouble. Any help would be most appreciated.

Do you face an issue with a particular\ all apps?

As you have issue with the store downloading apps, try to run these inbuilt troubleshooters.

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

and

Follow the same steps to use the Windows update troubleshooter.

Windows 10 Apps from the store wont download

• Do you face this issue only with these apps?
• Did you try downloading other apps?
• Did you try stopping these apps and then downloading it again?

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search
  box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.

Windows Store Not Downloading
