Windows 10: Having trouble with windows hello sign in

Hi,I am having trouble with my windows hello sign in? My camera does not appear so that I could install my face.Please sort this out for me.Thank you.

link and click the section that says Find and fix problems with devices and hardware.
We also recommend that you reset the Facial Recognition and Fingerprint options. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + I to open
  Settings.

  Sign-In options.
• Locate Fingerprint or
  Facial Recognition options and click
  Remove under them.
• After that, click Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions to reset Fingerprint and Facial Recognition.
• Reboot your PC to apply the changes.

system, I would suggest you to follow the steps below:

1. Open Settings (Windows key + I).
   
2. Then click on Accounts.
   
3. Then click on Sign-in Options.
   
4. Under Windows Hello
   , you’ll see options for face, fingerprint, or iris if your PC has a fingerprint reader or a camera that supports it. Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to sign in with a quick swipe or glance.
   

Please note that Windows Hello requires specialized hardware, including fingerprint reader, illuminated IR sensor or other biometric sensors and capable devices. Here is an article to help you understand:
