    Press the Windows and "R" keys simultaneously, type "rstrui.exe" into the "Open" box, click "OK" and see if you have a recently created restore point. If so, use it.

    Its hard to explain this, so i will try my best to describe this as best i can.

    Just recently (1hr. ago) my pc crashed for reasons i have no idea why. Then when my pc booted back up again, i get a start menu that won't go away. I took a screenshot of what i am speaking about. Some help with this issue would be great, Thanks

    “*shellexperience*” retrieves the MS full name for the Start menu, the “Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost”
