  2. File History on/off status issues

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    1. Are you able to access your missing Email files on Web mail?
    2. Which drive was selected to set up your back up on file history?

Probably the files might have been deleted when you perform the cleanup operation.

However, you may try the suggested steps to recover files from file History.

    Restore files from File History

My signature issue seems so minuscule compared to other issues! No worries, my sig finally updated after a week. Probably something on their side, not yours. Thanks for the suggestions anyway.

    Having issues with new SSD

This is a ongoing problem of installing Win 10 on a system with multiple drives. If you feel up to it, delete the partition, or erase as jboy suggests, the terabyte drive, and unplug it from your system then do a clean install of windows. After thats complete, you can reconnect the terabyte drive without issue.
