Windows 10: Having WEIRD issues with my pc ping spike issues

Hey, i have this WEIRD ping spike issue that i seem to not be able to fix. I have been trying for months to fix it didnt manage to. Here are the weird things that happens/the things i tried doing.[Things i tried doing]- Updating all my drivers/chipsets- Having lastest windows update- Tried “clean boot”- Tried mdsched.exe- Tried reaching out to friends/acticles/yt vids/posts all were saying basically the same thing- A bunch of other things that i cant remember off[Weird things that happened]- Tried those commands inside cmd's I restarted the pc then worked i restarted a second time to veri

connect something wired to either router (test both if you can) and do a file transfer. see if the ping spikes get worse.

if you're wifi bridging/repeating, those tend to cause issues like this if the signal isnt perfect.

Not sure if this is the right spot to put this, if not im very sorry.

Lately I've been receiving high ping spikes that only last a second or two every couple seconds, anywhere from 5 to 20 seconds apart. Pinging google.com from cmd gave me the information that I would spike anywhere from 400 to 2000 ms. After pinging my own modem I got the exact same results leading me to believe its internal. is there anyway to fix this without having to call my ISP, Rogers?
