    Having wierd graphics related issue on gaming laptop with windows 11.


    Hello, I am windows 11 user and usig it from first update and migrated from windows 10 to Windows 11. WIndows 11 on Acer prediator Helios 300 laptop and when ever i open up new tab, i have seeing some wierd graphics on that tab and by moving cursor on that window tab the graphics related only that tab getting more worse. Please refer screen shot and please help me to resolve this issue.

    This might either be a software related issue or a memory leak issue. For us to properly isolate the cause of crashes while playing, we need additional information. Can you answer the questions below?

    • What are the troubleshooting steps that you've done with the game support team?
    • Which version of Windows are you using?
    • When did this start to happen?
    • Have you tried updating your graphics driver?

    Meanwhile, if you haven't updated your graphics driver, please do so as an initial workaround.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Custom Driver : Intel HD Graphics & ATI Combo (Alpha) - by nIGHTmAYOR

    according to laptop support page they do list an old downloadable driver for intel for windows 7 , weather this is related to there being several variants of that laptop or this laptop has switchable graphics i may just suggest you reset the bios and see if things change , if yes you may be able to apply step 2 , if not then apply step 4 and call it today , you are still better off being on the high performance gpu .

    Out of curiosity can you take a snap shot from Settings > System > Display. Scroll down and click the “Graphics Settings” ?

    A couple of graphics related issues in W10.Firstly, a message often pops up saying ''NVidia graphics driver has stopped responding and has recovered''. Even after downloading most recent driver.

    Secondly, I have now noticed that when my PC is in sleep mode for any length of time, resuming will result in black and white stepped / blocked stripes across my monitor.

    Any ideas on what may be wrong? New graphic card? New Monitor??!!?? Reinstall Windows?

    My monitor is an HP LP 2065. Graphic card GT640. NVidia driver 355.82
