Windows 10: HD 1080P Webcam Not Working

Hello All, I just bought a Full HD 1080P Webcam. When I plug it into a usb port on my desktop PC the power light comes on. When I go to the windows key and select "camera" I get the message "windows can't find your camera". This is supposed to be a plug and play webcam. If I look at the device manager I see the camera, it has 3 items listed with exclimation marks on all three. If I click on the camera icon in device manager and tell it to search for driver updates I get the message that windows has encountered an error and can't install the drivers.
I am running version 1903 windows 10 home.

I need this webcam working by middle of next week as I have two video depositions I must make on Wednesday and Thursday.

Webcam suitable for Windows 10

A friend has recommended that I get the Logitech C920 HD Pro USB 1080p Webcam in order to take music lessons remotely via Skype. However, I've seen a few comments online suggesting that this model does not work correctly with Windows 10. Does anyone have
any experience of using this webcam with Windows 10? Can the problems be overcome? Does anyone have alternative suggestions. This will be my first experience of using a webcam.

Let me help you to fix the issue.

The issue you are facing could be due to the Webcam driver is being outdated. Let’s try simple steps and check if this helps.
I suggest you to update the webcam driver manually and check if it helps. Follow the below steps.

  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for Imaging devices and expand it.
  
• 
  Right click on the device driver and click on
  update.
  

If the issue still persist I would recommend you to go to the webcam manufacturer website and download the latest updated driver and install the same.

For the error code 10, follow the above steps and try updating the controller device driver and check.
