    I’ll start off with that I am using a Dell Inspiron 15 3511 that I got September of last year. I run with windows 10, 64 bit system.I want the HD audio to be my main source of audio since it sounds really good. The issue is that after it goes on my computer, it uninstalls after a minute and reinstalls Realtek. I even tried uninstalling it manually, restarting it, and then installing the HD audio. But the Realtek comes out of nowhere again, even when it should be gone. And yes, I clicked the “delete from hard drive” check box. I tried millions of things from YouTube, other forums, different met

    What happens when you try to launch the app?

    I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps:

    Method 1: Uninstall and reinstall HD VDeck
    Audio Panel App

    Step 1: Uninstall the audio panel App

    • Press Windows key + X.
    • Click on Programs & Features.
    • Look for ‘HD VDeck Audio Panel App’ from the list.
    • Right click on the App and click on Uninstall.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Uninstall.
    Step 2: Install the HD VDeck Audio Panel App

    I suggest you to go to the computer manufacturer website and download and install the app.

    Note: If issue still persist proceed with Method 2.

    Method 2: Perform a System Restore

    I suggest you to perform a System Restore and check if the app works. Refer to the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X.
    • Click on System and then click on Advanced System Settings.
    • Click on System Protection tab and then click on
      System Restore
      .
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the System Restore to the date prior to the issue.
    • Check if issue persists.
    Important: The System Restore restores the computer back to an earlier point in time, called a restore point. System Restore doesn’t change your personal files, but it might remove recently installed apps and drivers and
    also reset the recently changed settings on the computer.

    Hi Naman,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I suggest you to install all the available Windows Updates and check if it helps.

    Also run Audio troubleshooter to diagnose and fix the issue. Follow these Steps to run Audio Troubleshooter.


    • Type Troubleshooter in the Search box and then press
      Enter.

    • Select Troubleshooting. Click on
      View All
      and select Playing audio.

    • Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
    If the issue persists, I suggest you to uninstall audio driver from device manager and reinstall the latest audio driver from the manufacturer website.

    Uninstall audio driver.


    • Press Windows + R key, type devmgmt.msc and click
      Ok.

    • Expand the audio driver, right-click on the driver and click on
      uninstall.
    Now re-install latest audio driver from the manufacturer website.

    Hi Nickolas,

    Pop-ups related to the specified application can be due to the notification settings on your device. To manage this, you can perform the following:

    • Search and launch Settings using Cortana.
    • Click on System.
    • Click on Notifications & actions.
    • Under Get notifications from these senders, check if Realtek HD Audio Manager is listed. If yes, you can turn it off by pressing the left side of the slider.

    Let us know how it goes after you've performed the steps.
