Windows 10: HD with windows 10 lost boot files

My hdd disk1 which has windows boot manager always started in the bios boot from the ssd disk3, yesterday I formatted my other ssd disk2 to update windows11, and the other hdds connected during the installation normally to the computer. So I checked after it was completed, that the boot in the bios only brought up disk1 windows boot manager and when it started with it... it loaded disk2 windows11 in other words it was changed. disk1 HDD 1000gb with windows boot manager - files only disk2 SSD 512gb - windows 11 disk3 SSD 120gb - windows 10 I then verified that after this, disk3 lost

windows 10 force upgrade! stuck at welcome screen and lost all files after upgrade.

Are you able to log into computer?

This issue might have occurred because of upgrade file corruption. Follow the steps below and check.

I suggest you to create a Windows 10 installation media and perform a Startup Repair on the device and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
This is an alternate way to boot the device and run recovery tools when something goes wrong with the Operating system.

Please follow the steps below to do Startup repair:

          Insert the installation USB drive
          and boot Windows 10 from it.
          
          If you don't have one, you can Create an installation Media.
          
        • 
          In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’
          and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
          
        • 
          Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.
          
        • 
          Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘Startup Repair’
          and select the operating system.

Restoring Windows 10 Image using Macrium Reflect


In addition to the above. Here's my suggestion in step by step.
I assume you have Macrium Installed in your current HD and already made a backup copy.

1. Connect your new HD via USB port and boot up.
2. Run Macrium, click on Restore tab then select the Backup Image that you made to restore
3. click on "select a different target disk" then select your new HD as destination
   
   
   
4. Proceed to restore then Shutdown and disconnect the old HD and replace with the new HD
5. Boot up with your new HD.
