    Hi sir ,Found my HDD is having bad sectors, and the windows 10 OS is very slow and creating problems. and is giving error " The exception unknown error software exception 0xe0434352 occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFA5F54CF19 " and did the following steps. as suggested by Microsoft representative and the Case Id - 7026243534 Please do the needful.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
