Windows 10: HDD Drive changed to System Reserved (D:) and lost half of its original memory space.

I had recently done a clean windows 10 install through a USB as my previous windows 10 update had been corrupted, I remember selecting my SDD C: drive as the drive that will have the OS download, but now when moving my backup files back into the computer, I see that the once E: HDD drive has been renamed and changed to "System Reserved (D" drive, and lost half of its original 1TB free space. Is there anyway I can somehow reset the drive to its original form? Or do I have to stay with the new change.

System Reserved Memory issue

The reduction in available system memory depends on the configuration of the following:

• The devices that are installed in the computer and the memory that is reserved by those devices
• The ability of the motherboard to handle memory
• The system BIOS version and settings
• The version of Windows 10 that is installed
• Other system settings

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest that you check your system for memory problems.

Here's how:

• Type mdsched.exe in the search bar and select the best match.
• When prompted by the User Account Control, enter an admin user name and password, and click
  Yes.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run it.

Not enough space on Recovery (D drive.

Please help me with the following:

1. What is the make and model number of your Computer?
   

Please note that recovery "D" is a partition on the hard drive which contains the image of the Operating system. You can use it to restore the computer back to factory settings. You should not attempt to store files in it.
If you have any data saved on the D drive, I would suggest you to move it to an external drive and to free up some space, you can follow the steps provided in the article:
