Windows 10: HDD DRIVE D: CORRUPTED / SCANNING AND REPAIRING VOLUME AT STARTUP

USING AN OLD ACER LAPTOP, NEED SOME HELP ON HOW TO STOP SCANNING AND REPAIRING VOLUME AT STARTUP SINCE IT INCREASES BOOT UP TIMERAW DISK 1, NO OPTIONS WORK and i am not concerned about data recovery because it is probably wiped. Are there any solutions to recover the disk so it can be used again?THESE ARE THE DISK DRIVES IN DEVICE MANAGERWould disabling disk 1 be a solution to make scanning and repairing drive volume stop?? Or would it cause the laptop to not boot at all? Diskpart clean shows i/o device error. The C: drive is still booting but I would like to know if this is possible to fix.

help..
this problem comes up after i upgrade my windows 10 anniv update to creators update
every time i startup, this thing comes ... Scanning and repairing volume (\\?\Volume...) 100% complete
it just took 5 seconds and get into windows after that
and then i re-install my windows 10 (creators update) with my FD (format the C: and install) anddddd this problem is still showing.

it's really annoying me.. *cry*cry*cry

I have found a solution to this problem and posted on my personal website, use a partitioning software in order to view the mentioned volume or cmd.

Actually I did not have this problem earlier on my Flex notebook, maybe because it was early last year, and same my G50.

D:/ drive freezes File Explorer, spikes HDD use to 100%, volume information unavailable

I use a SSD for my C drive and a HDD for my E drive, and the D drive seemingly is my HDD too (as seen on Task Manager), I remember it used to be labeled as "System Reserved Drive" and had 100MB of volume. The HDD is an old hard drive from a previous PC, and so I use it for big files that I don't mind losing by accident. Now, I can't see the volume of my D drive, it crashes File Explorer every time I open "This PC", and I randomly get memory spikes (so freezes) when doing daily things on my computer.

I already tried:

Booting in safe mode and then scanning my HDD, this didn't do anything, in fact my PC scans my D drive and tries to repair it every time I boot it up, but it doesn't do anything either.

I tried the three DISM commands (Scan, Repair, Check or something like that) and sfc /scannow, didn't do anything.

I tried CHKDSK, didn't do anything.

I tried formatting my hard drive but it didn't let me, as Windows is seemingly using things in my HDD and I need to close them before formatting it.

I don't mind replacing my hard drive, in that case I want to know what I need to do before replacing it, because I don't get why my E drive, a system drive, is allocated to my HDD and not my SSD... but any other solution would really help.
