Windows 10: HDD failing but holds important drivers to help windows run properly?

I'm getting the bluescreen after updates IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. I tried to clone this E: drive but the files are corrupt. Ran cmnd prmt to try and fix issues but says the disk is RAW format even though its not. Tried a partition wizard and the drive shows up as having no space. I have another spare HDD 500gb, and an sdd 1TB. Can i just download these required system files somewheres to my other drives and change the path the sytem is using?

HDD Issues When Running Nvidia Drivers

Hi, I recently had two HDD's die in the same week and I bought a 1TB HDD to replace them. When reinstalling Windows 7 I reinstalled all the drivers and within a few minutes of finishing, my new HDD crapped out... Plugged it into another computer, works fine, benched well, and no errors in CrystalDiskInfo. Ran Seatools and upgraded the firmware. Afterwards, I rewrote the partition tables and reinstalled. I then installed everything but nVidia as I had all the drivers minus that. Ran Seatools on the laptop and everything checked out fine. Went to install driver 327.23, 10 minutes after install the HDD failed. Decided to disable the driver to test and low and behold the HDD came back to life! I have never heard of the nVidia drivers affecting HDD functionality, any ideas? Going to try a few drivers back and see. Hardware Specs listed in my sig.

Update: ran last known mobile driver to work properly, 314.22, creates same issue. Disable driver and HDD comes back.

It seems like some sort of an OS confusion has happened with your secondary WD Black and I'm sorry to hear about that. *Frown
Maybe re-formatting it would help indeed as the community already mentioned. I'd suggest to take a look at this step-by-step how to partition and format an HDD: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=PYCoid
Keep in mind that this will wipe clean the drive, so you should backup all important data from the drive somewhere else.
I noticed from the screenshots that your HDD appears as Disk 0, this means that it's plugged in the primary SATA port where the SSD (as an OS drive) should be. Actually it is possible that because of this Windows cannot create the image there. Swap the ports of the SSD and the HDD, this might help as well.
