Windows 10: HDD randomly decides to not function.

So, I have a laptop that is about 3 yrs old, and recently, it decides to randomly stop reading the HDD. This can happen if the laptop is sleeping, or even if you are working with it. The laptop works on SSD HDD combination, so while it keeps on functioning, I lose any ability to access my data on HDD whenever this error occurs.1 HDD does not gets dislayed in Disk Management.2 It does not show up in Diskpart.3 It slows up the system bootWorst part is, if I try to reinstall windows, the HDD gets detected by the reinstall media.Please help, as I have lost data to this error previously and don'

HDD Corrupt ?
